PetroWorth Resources Inc. is a public company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of onshore oil & natural gas properties in Eastern Canada where the company has secured 100% of the exploration and development rights to almost one million acres of land:
- 444,000 acres on Prince Edward Island
- 383,000 acres on Cape Breton in Nova Scotia
- 129,000 acres in New Brunswick, including 41,000 acres in Rosevale, between the McCully field (with one trillion cubic feet of natural gas in place) and the Stoney Creek field (with 800,000 barrels of oil and 30 billion cubic feet of gas produced to date). Another 88,000 acres are located immediately east of the Stoney Creek field.
The strategy of the company is to conduct aggressive exploration drilling programs on these permitted properties, both in-house and through advantageous farm-in arrangements.
